How we work

1. Get Matched to a Pathway

Based on your work history and profile, you'll be matched with a pathway.

2. Interview & Eligibility Check

You'll have a short interview with a team member to confirm your fit for the research and pathway. You will also have a chance to ask any questions you may have.

3. Join the Research & Get Paid

If eligible, you'll join the research study and receive tailored support plus payment of up to £60 per hour for your time and insights.

Our story

Controllah Gabi’s nephew is autistic and non-verbal. He missed out on early intervention and continues to face daily challenges in systems not designed for him. Like many autistic individuals, his potential is limited not by his abilities but by the barriers around him. Watching him grow up misunderstood and under-supported inspired Controllah to act, driven by concern for what awaits those who did not receive the support they needed at a young age.
